Built for maritime reality.

Maritime operations don’t have reliable connectivity, predictable conditions, or unlimited training time. Every architectural decision in Volaxin is shaped by the reality that your crew needs software that works in the middle of the Pacific with the same reliability as the office in Singapore.

Unified database

All 16 modules on a single relational database. No ETL, no eventual-consistency middleware, no integration adapters. One transaction updates every module that references the data. This is the foundation on which everything else depends.

Offline-first vessel instance

The vessel is a complete working system with its own database and full 16-module capability — not a thin client. Zero satellite dependency for daily operation. Sync happens via encrypted differential transfer over any available channel: VSAT, LTE, or a captain’s tethered satellite phone.

Role-based interfaces

Master, chief engineer, superintendent, procurement, chartering, fleet manager, and crewing all see purpose-built views — not one generic UI trying to serve seven audiences. The right controls, the right density, the right terminology, per role.

Ship-shore sync

Common interface between vessel and office. Bidirectional replication. Conflict resolution rules per record type. Deltas compressed and encrypted. Bandwidth budget respected: only the changed bytes travel.

Mobile-native execution

Responsive web plus dedicated mobile apps for maintenance execution, inspection capture, inventory scanning, and crew self-service. Barcode / QR native. Offline capable per app.

Class-approved design

The PMS module is designed for type approval by DNV, Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas, and ClassNK. The audit trail, access control, and record-integrity constructs meet the strictest class expectations.
